1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the license system:

Email address — provided during license activation, used for key delivery and support
License key — to validate your subscription
Machine fingerprint — a hash of basic system properties (screen size, timezone, CPU cores) to enforce machine limits. No personally identifiable hardware data is stored.
Payment data — processed by third-party payment providers (PayPal, NOWPayments). We receive a payment confirmation and amount but never see or store card numbers or wallet addresses.
Anonymous usage analytics — when the app starts it sends a single anonymous ping containing the machine fingerprint, app version, license tier, operating system, and basic usage counts: how many times the app has been launched, how many images have been generated, and which sections have been opened. This helps us understand how AllureEngine is used and improve it. It contains no email, no account details, and none of your content — no prompts, images, characters, or generation settings.
Website analytics — when you visit allureengine.com we log the page viewed, the referring site or campaign tag, and an approximate country derived from your IP. Visitors are counted using a one-way hash — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no raw IP address is stored for these analytics.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, access, view, or store any content you create
We do not collect prompts, images, characters, or generation settings
We do not track in-app behaviour — which features you use, what you click, or how long you spend
We do not collect IP addresses beyond standard server logs
We do not use cookies for tracking on our website

3. How We Use Your Data

Email: license key delivery, expiration notices, support communication
Machine fingerprint: enforce machine activation limits per license tier
Payment records: order fulfillment, revenue tracking, refund processing

4. Data Storage

License and payment data is stored on our hosting provider (Hostinger). Data is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.

5. Third-Party Services

The AllureEngine application connects to third-party AI services using your own accounts and API keys. These connections are made directly from your machine — we do not proxy or monitor them. Each service has its own privacy policy:

6. Data Retention

We retain license and payment data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Deactivate your license and remove your machine fingerprint

8. Children

AllureEngine is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
